Age of Wrestlers

The other day I was asking myself how does the game calculates one year in a wrestler... does it calculate in a proportion of real life days? like 3 months of real life= 1 year of the wrestler?

And another question...if a wrestler is very old, he has to retire and leave the wrestling game? Because I dont want the game to tell me oh the game is finished, your wrestler has retired...If it is true, at which age does it happen?

From what I hear a wrestler retires at the age of 60

So thats 42 months (starting age of 18 ) worth of play which is alot, most likely be bored of the game before then.

Still, is there any compensation for the time and effort (and a lot of people the money) they have spent?

We won't know until it happens, oldest wrestlers at present are mid-30s so we have a good two years to wait to find out.
